With a deep love for music and an intuitive connection to the healing power of sound, I found my path as a sound bath practitioner after experiencing the profound effects of a session myself. That moment ignited a passion that led me to train extensively with a range of skilled sound therapists, dedicating countless hours to studying both the science and the subtle art of sound healing.

Blending formal training with intuitive practice, I use a variety of beautiful instruments—including crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and more—to create immersive, meditative soundscapes that support deep relaxation, emotional release, and energetic balance. For me, sound has always held a sense of magic, and it’s an honour to share that magic with others through each session.

In addition to my sound healing work, I bring over 15 years of experience as a bellydance artist. This background has given me a profound understanding of rhythm, movement, and the body’s natural response to sound, enriching my sessions with a grounded, embodied presence that encourages stillness, flow, and transformation.

Through Ovenden Creations and Wellness, my aim is to create a nurturing, sacred space where you can pause, reconnect, and realign—body, mind, and spirit.
