Terms & Conditions & Cancellation Policy - Sounds Baths - with Ovenden Creations & Wellness
1. Booking and Payment - All bookings must be made in advance via our official booking platform or directly through Ovenden Creations and Wellness. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place. Prices are subject to change but will be honoured at the rate at the time of booking confirmation.

2. Attendance & Late Arrivals - Please arrive at least 10–15 minutes before the session begins to allow time to settle in. Late arrivals may not be permitted entry to avoid disruption to others. No refunds will be provided for late arrivals.

3. What to Bring We recommend bringing a yoga mat, blanket, cushion, and water bottle for your comfort. Wear comfortable clothing.

4. Health & Safety - Sound baths are generally safe for most individuals, but they may not be suitable for: Those in the first trimester of pregnancy, Individuals with sound-triggered epilepsy or severe mental health conditions, Those with pacemakers or metal implants sensitive to vibration. By attending, you acknowledge full responsibility for your health and wellbeing during the session.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy - Cancellations by Attendee: Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event will receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 3 and 6 days before the event will receive a 50% refund. cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable.

Transfers: You may transfer your booking to another person if you notify us in writing at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations by Ovenden Creations and Wellness: - If the event is cancelled or rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. illness, venue issues, low attendance), you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to a future session.

6. Photography & Media - Occasionally, photos or short videos may be taken for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear in any content, please inform us before the session begins.

7. Liability -Ovenden Creations and Wellness is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings sustained during the session.

8. Agreement - By booking and attending a sound bath with Ovenden Creations and Wellness, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Booking & Payment - All classes must be booked in advance via [booking system/Google Form/payment method].

Payment is required to secure your place.

Drop-in payments (if available) must be made before the class begins.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

Bookings are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend, your place cannot be carried forward unless agreed in advance (e.g., block bookings).

In the unlikely event that I have to cancel a class, you will be offered either a rescheduled session or a refund for that class.

3. Health & Safety

Belly dance is a form of physical exercise. By attending, you confirm that you are fit and well to participate.

If you have any medical conditions, injuries, or concerns, please consult your doctor before joining and let me know privately before class.

You are responsible for your own wellbeing during the session and should work at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

4. Clothing & Equipment

Please wear comfortable clothing that allows freedom of movement.

Dance shoes, bare feet, or soft-soled shoes are recommended (no outdoor shoes in the studio).

Hip scarves/props may be provided but you are welcome to bring your own.

5. Liability

Participation is at your own risk. I am not liable for any injury or loss sustained during the class, except where caused by my negligence.

Personal belongings are the responsibility of each participant.

6. Class Etiquette

Please arrive 5–10 minutes early so we can start promptly.

Be respectful of others in the class – we are here to have fun, move, and enjoy together.

Photography and video during class is not permitted without consent.

7. Data Protection
Contact details provided during booking will only be used to keep you informed about classes and related events. Your details will never be shared with third parties.
