At Ovenden Creations and Wellness, I offer immersive sound bath experiences designed to help you step away from the noise of everyday life and simply breathe.
Using crystal & Himilayan singing bowls, chimes, gongs, and other therapeutic instruments, each session invites you to lie down, get comfortable, and allow the sound to gently wash over you. There is nothing to do, nowhere to be — just space to rest.
Whether you’re seeking stress relief, mental clarity, emotional release, or a moment of stillness, the soothing resonance helps guide you inward — where calm and balance begin.

What to Expect
Each session is a unique journey that I carefully create with intention and care.
As you relax, the layered tones and vibrations work with your nervous system, helping your body move from “busy and alert” into a deeper state of rest. Many people experience:

Before the world fully awakens, you are invited to centre yourself, breathe deeply, and realign. The harmonious tones help you feel grounded and steady — creating a balanced foundation for the week ahead.

Why Choose Me as Your Sound Bath Guide
Sound baths are powerful experiences, and I believe they should be held with knowledge, training, and genuine care.
I haven’t simply bought the instruments and begun offering sessions. I have studied Sound Therapy and Advanced Sound Therapy, deepening my understanding of how sound and vibration work with the body and nervous system.
My training also includes Himalayan singing bowls, including on-the-body sound massage techniques, as well as completing an intensive gong workshop that gave me deeper insight into how to use these instruments safely and effectively.
I am always learning and expanding my knowledge. I am currently studying breathwork, with the hope of gently weaving this into future sessions where it feels supportive and aligned. For me, this work is an ongoing journey — and that commitment to growth supports the space I hold for you.
